nope. there's really no difference between batch rolls and single rolls, so roll to your heart's delight, and a crystal 6-roll doesn't guarantee anything. so save up your embers and use your crystal to open up your purifying (100, 200, 400, and then 800 to unlock all of them) and team slots (100, 200, 300, 400), and buying more chances/items/speed ups once those are unlocked.
