oh i wouldn't step in if those involved have agreed to an outcome all their own

the situation i described is more to use your example batman versus superman. if we just went with straight stats, clark comes out on top, but this (even canonically speaking) isn't always the case. batman uses his wits and cleverness to come out on top of enemies much stronger than he is. That's what i mean. i don't want to disregard that.

as for details what else do you need? it's about maybe 40 people? ish?
