no, but that's because i've been dealing with a family member's decline for about a year now, and i just don't have the emotional energy to be anyone else's medical sounding board. i wouldn't begrudge anyone wanting to talk about it, obviously, just...not to me.

as long as you make sure the people you're telling are up for helping you bear some pretty heavy shit, you should be fine.
