god i despise people like you. you know why i tell people i don't have a favorite band/genre? because i don't listen to music. i've never bought a CD, i don't listen to the radio, and the idea of sitting around doing nothing but listening to an album bores me to tears. it's background noise for me to listen to when i'm driving and forget about the minute i turn it off.

i'm not a music person. get the fuck over it.
