I don't think it's entirely because of the type of plots going on. I've been in other games with action-based plots and people still managed to work interaction with others (or at least acknowledgement of the others) into their tags. I'm sure it's easier with character driven plots, but it's still something that could be fixed if people were just more attentive of other players while writing their tags. It gets kind of frustrating and makes everything feel pointless when everyone in a thread is just doing their own thing and only paying attention to the NPC responses.

why keep most of the original designs but just change a random few? sarada and inojin just look stupid now and hinata doesn't even look like herself anymore.

if the first line of your advertising has nothing to do with your ability to do the job i'm potentially hiring you for, or the quality of the products i'm buying from you, i'm going to another company.

If they're emphasizing their minority status? No, not at all, but I also grew up on a rez where native-owned and native-preferred (for hiring) businesses were a thing.

If they're emphasizing their religious status, they'd need to be offering an awful lot to make me even consider it tbh. People are welcome to whatever religious beliefs they'd like, and there are a massive amount of companies out there built and run and headed by religious individuals, but to emphasize that first is generally a signal for a hefty dose of Focus on the Family-esque Christian conservativism (and an expectation for the same values in both workers and clientele) and a religious-heavy workplace isn't my idea of a good time at all.

I'd rather work at a place that isn't going to want to limit my health coverage or make me intensely uncomfortable if I don't follow/espouse the same beliefs. And you'll need to do that, and just nod when your coworker talks about how filthy homosexuals are destroying marriage and trans people are godless perversions or whatever, because it won't go well if you're a dissenter and there's a good chance you'll find yourself out on your ass anyway.

At least that's been my experience; I'm sure they exist in cities and other parts of the country, but I've never seen any other religious affiliation called out like that on a business blurb.
