Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.
Do not treat this comm like your personal therapist. Threads about nonfictional suicide, self injury, rape, and abuse will be deleted. There are better resources out there for you.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.
Shut up about Tumblr. If it's not a discussion about Tumblr RP it will be deleted.

I was taking a piss the other day and only noticed there was a live coaster-sized spider hiding in the toilet when I went to wipe.

I now have to check by the rim every time before I use the bathroom.

i'm honestly 95% that it's them. like the last line says, if it's not them, it's someone i've never interacted closely with (because the things they say would only apply to someone i've been close with) in which case, holy shit, they need a life.

i'm never going to do anything about it publicly, because all they have to say is "lol no" and i look nuts. but i know.

(Anonymous) 2016-05-13 07:34 am (UTC)(link)
:( it's the absolute shittiest situation, i'm sorry anon.

and define "dated." i went on a few dates with someone who'd be mistaken for my mother, but it didn't go much of anywhere

i'm in the same boat. it's either them due to a lot of evidence stacked against them, or someone completely out for giggles that's got to be clairvoyant by now. occam's razor.

And then when OP does define them, anons will jump on them for their definitions not being good enough.

The one thing I agree with in this is the VA thing because I'm sick of hearing the same handful of people because no one gives new blood in the VA industry much of a chance and something like RWBY is a perfect stepping stone. But instead of amateurs vs. amateurs, they went pros vs. single amateur which is a shitty thing to do when this industry is so saturated with the same few people.

Yes I mad I'm tired of the fact that even the live action acting industry has better variety than the VA industry despite there being thousands of roles.

I generally only date people older than me, but I'm not sure if it'd count as significantly? I dated two guys about 10 years older than me in recent history (I was mid-twenties, they were mid-thirties) and it went okay. I dated each for a couple months but ultimately it didn't pan out. Had too many differences with the 1st (as in, religion, future life plans for children, hobbies - we met through a tabletop game and it turns out that was pretty much all we had in common) and ultimately too many commitment issues for the 2nd (we had a lot in common but he was ready to settle down, I was not. Also I was still struggling to come to terms with being asexual and he was very physically affectionate). Parted on good terms with both, though.

(Anonymous) 2016-05-13 09:22 am (UTC)(link)
on the loli x king one, how would you feel if the king had to marry her since she's a foreign princess or whatever and kind of guilts internally about her age (but is totally into it anyway)? also, these are animated pbs for the underage prompts right?

(Anonymous) 2016-05-13 09:28 am (UTC)(link)
this, and also define how old you are, op. a 25 year old dating a 35 year old is nothing like a 15 year old dating a 25 year old.

Three months isn't very long, anon, some people won't consider themselves dating (girlfriend/boyfriend) until after much longer than that.

That said, it sucks you got hurt.

I went in prepared to ignore them, but the OCs here are really good.

If being _____-owned is in any way important to the business itself (IE a Muslim-owned grocery store that has halal food, an LGBT-owned barber shop that specifically offers haircuts to LGBT persons, a Christian shop that sells bibles and other Christian religious materials, etc.), then no. Mentioning that it is owned by a specific group when that information is relevant to the business does not bother me, as it is meant to tell me something about what is being sold there.

If being _____-owned is not in any way related to the business, though, then I am hesitant. Asian-owned shoe store? Why would that matter? Catholic-owned gas station? What is the point of mentioning that? Atheist-owned grocery store? What the fuck?

In the second group, it makes me feel like there are ulterior motives for saying what group of people own the store.

Everyone is confident that they're right until they're not. But there's no way to prove it and that's the problem.

If you're over 18, it isn't their business what sort of medications you take. Also, women do need testosterone as well, just not as much as men, so you could just use that even if they are the type to snoop.
