except who's getting hurt in this situation? the person op is talking about hasn't even been accepted for whatever they're applying for, and maybe if they had it would be right for them to report cheating. but right now this seems a whole lot more like being vindictive or superior (op DESERVES the help, after all, not THIS PERSON, and op is the judge of that) rather than doing the right thing.
