rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

I love how people also jump to "they're overinvested". We have no clue how OP found out this person is boomeranging with their buddy. They could happen to have seen them in an open meme. Or they could have happened upon it while looking for an old thread to read. Or they could have been looking for a new game and saw this person was playing in it or so on. There's plenty of ways this could be found out with little effort on OP's part. The only fact that we have is this person was doing this in a place where OP could find it. Seriously, most people are shit at lying and shouldn't bother trying. It's always worse to get caught in a lie than it is to tell a harsh truth.
