This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

by risks do you mean the whole rape thing orrr? i'm not trying to be a dick, i just don't understand what you mean, especially since this show isn't meant to do what jessica jones did. or have the same delivery i should say...if that makes sense.

da agreeing with you. jessica jones is a female oriented series whereas daredevil is male oriented. expecting the same vibe at all is setting yourself up for disappointment.

no, i mean that jessica jones felt like it was about something. daredevil s2 felt like it could have made some relevant points with its criticisms of the justice system (and/or the prison industrial complex but ointb is there for that and they might pepper themes into s3 with fisk), but then ninjas showed up and it became about ninjas while the other stuff fell away instead of came to the forefront in a meaningful way.
