you evidently don't know canon. seekers are not templars. they don't take lyrium, they're not part of the order. they're completely separate and autonomous. they're both under the purview of the chantry, they're both warrior orders with weird abilities, and when the templars fuck up, the chantry sends in the seekers. that's the extent of the similarities. cass has a whole conversation about it with the inquisitor. perhaps it would behoove you to play the game again to hear it.

regardless of whether the argument's stupid, the person pointing out that cass isn't a templar is right. she isn't. she isn't even an ex-seeker, because if she's not divine, she goes on to rebuild the seekers.

op doesn't owe anyone an apology for the screw up, but her buttbuddies aren't coming off very well either.
