rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. my rp partner is huge into it but watching it is literally painful for me

I have friends who love it and say that once you get past the first season, it gets better. But I don't want to waste my time watching shit just on the off-chance that it really does become less shitty

As someone who watches weekly, it never gets less shitty. In fact, the writing somehow got worse after the third season. I'm watching out of morbid fascination and because I need something for background noise while I sew but I wouldn't recommend this show to anyone.

this is exactly why i watch it. it's great if you enjoy trainwreck syndrome and/or if you and your friends enjoy bonding through laughing at garbage episodes once a week, but i wouldn't seriously suggest it to anyone as a good show. it has a few laughs in it and a bunch of attractive people, but that's about all it has going for it. it's okay if you have nothing better to do, but don't go in to it expecting much.
