this is the part i'm unsure about. i'm disappointed to see the player choose to leave, because now i'm wondering how much longer my own character will continue to fit in. the game didn't start out as "assholes club only," but judging by some responses here it sounds like it has. does that mean non-asshole characters are going to be shoved aside as time goes on? i get that a game can always change over time due to progression, but it's still a bummer to think about.

i don't know. i think the player overreacted some, but the end result/response isn't sitting well with me either.

if your character is fitting in now with the level of interpersonal violence that has existed since the game started, i don't see how that would change. the issue was never game plot or only assholes being able to do anything, it was interpersonal violence and negative cr that is ongoing.

With Peridot and Toriel, I've found it's a good way to do something with their weird hair or in place of Toriel's ears. That's probably the reason they've come to the same conclusion, and why I'm, personally, okay with it.
