Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

What's a good way to tell an rp partner that you don't want to play with them anymore without sounding like an asshole? Honestly they probably won't care but I don't want to run the risk of offending them.

Depends on a lot of things. Do you still want to remain friends ooc? Is it possible to just stop tagging them without it being weird?

In general, tell them what you'd prefer to hear in their situation.

A few suggestions:

- Let them know you've had fun (assuming you have) and appreciate the time they've spent playing with you.

- You're interested in doing other things now/you've lost interest in the PSL.

- Your playing styles don't mesh.

- You don't have time to RP (only works if they can't stalk you and see you tagging others).

- Honesty's always an option. Just don't word it all PA.

if you were my partner i'd prefer you just be straight with me. anything else would just sound like a bullshit excuse anyway or possibly even give me false hope. if you want to drop them because of something that's fixable, consider giving some concrit while you're at it.

I'm trying to be as objective and honest as I can without sounding like too much of a tit. Again, me wanting to call it quits isn't going to be any major loss to them. I want to drop them because they don't seem to give much of a damn, not the other way around.
