rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. screw this! We're gonna hold hands, ALL OF US! Even the weird clammy skeletal hand at the end of the line. Next we need to figure out how many of us carry flare guns.

You attempt to get all the anons to hold hands. Some of them are pretty shirty about this, though others are happy to comply. Finally, most of your sweaty paws are entwined, although one anon left to the east, and another inexplicably vanished.

Nobody has a flare gun and only a few of you have candy bars. Some of the anons think your flare gun question is daffy. They are judging you.

The fog is growing more dense.

No flare guns? What kind of rp group is this? I bet there are at least half a dozen with swords within easy reach. Candy bars are a nice touch though. All right, moss grows on the.... side of trees in which direction? Whatever. We're going to follow the trail of candy bar wrappers because there's no way the whole group of us made it out this far without candy bars being eaten and I don't think everyone's environmentally friendly enough to not secretly litter when they think no one's watching.

As you bloviate, several anons think awkwardly of their $59.99 Authentic Japanese Katanas made with Real Steel that are sharpened on the back of the blade just like Rurouni Kenshin's. They still wince when they think of these purchases. They are past that part of their lives now. Nobody thanks you for bringing it up.

There are also some very unsavory looks being shot your way with regards to the candy bars.

"Are you calling us fat?" Says an anon, defensively.

Nobody really worries about being called a litterer. What are you going to do, fingerprint the wrappers? Bet you left your fingerprinting kit at home too, wise guy.

The fear of being called fat and of being accused of calling someone fat has caused tension in the group. Several people stop holding hands. Others redouble their handholdy efforts, desperate to prove that they are pro-fat, little realizing that by this effort they are in fact calling fat anons fat. The mood is turning ugly.

And there are no wrappers to be found.

Furthermore, by stumbling about in the dark, you seem to have lost your original place. Which way was what again?

crap, time to politic. I assure anons that Social Media and the air brushing demons that own magazines and billboards are the real evil in body shaming and that lifestyle choices are Infinite and that no one is a Hive Mind, 80s music was actually pretty good and We are not tumblr.

Also does anyone's cell phone have a GPS?

The anons settle down as you make nice, but the damage has been done: they are not going back to holding hands, and they are much frostier now. They also want to know why you think you're in charge.

Duh, of course all these phones have GPSes.

One of the older anons takes out her phone and tries to look helpful.

"Shoot... no signal."

Others try, with similar results. The anons begin talking about who is on which network. Sprint, Glocalnet, DoCoMo, T-Mobile, Vivo, AT&T, Nextel, and BTC all show no signal. Someone tries to check Plurk but can't. This leads to an argument over whether Plurk is down or we just aren't getting a data connection here.

The fog is getting thicker. You guys are making a lot of noise.
