rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. how 'bout it? it's nice to see a big variety of people responding in a lot of different ways. activity as a whole has been up a lot this liminal space, it's exciting!

I'm just glad my character likes wailing infants almost as little as I do, so I don't have to come up with an excuse to stay far away from that pile of melodrama.

we've had sex slavery, drug addiction, brainwashing, torture, murder, and mutilation come up in game, often repeatedly, not to mention the oceans of relationship drama, long-lost siblings, amnesia, and other soap operatic tropes.

Some melodrama here and there is fine. I've never seen a baby plot not be cheap emotional manipulation basically anywhere, though - RP or canon.

I'm really curious what you were hoping to accomplish here. The player doing the plot is one of the most approachable and chill people in the game, why drag it here when you could have just asked them not to tag you with anything relating to the plot? Why not just scroll past the one post about it?

Or were you hoping for a bunch of "ugh, right? babies are gross" replies?
