rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. even after i realized homestuck was a big steaming pile, i still quite liked vriska. i hear she's being written into the ground now, but i had so much fun playing her that i think i'll always have a soft spot for her.

jan valentine from hellsing... guiltily and quietly, but still.

though actually i like most of the hellsing characters, it's the fandom and everything about the canon that isn't the characters that i hate

Replace 'Jan Valentine' with 'Seras Victoria' and this is me.

I don't hate it per se, but I probably wouldn't still be watching GoT if I didn't like Varys so much, of all characters. Also a fan of Theon and Margaery.

that's where he gets you, that wily old man. i slowly realized i didn't really like the story that much, but the characters kept me going. especially jaime and brienne, dammit. (at least in the books)

vriska is awesome. same with terezi, aradia, and most of the kids imo

as for me i hate steven universe but MAN do i love jasper

Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach.

I'd RP her if it didn't require having some sort of knowledge about what the series has been up to for the last ten years.

Same here with Yumichika Ayasegawa.

gin died and rangiku was sad

also it turns out isshin used to be the 10th division captain and she was his lieutenant

then rangiku and hitsugaya kind of died and got turned into zombies by a weird quincy guy, then mayuri managed to turn them back and we haven't heard from them since

that's everything relevant that's happened to her since the soul society arc

Alice and Jasper from Twilight. I feel like trash, but I like them a lot.

Alice needs to be in a better book, dammit

Also, I rather like the Cullen dynamic in general and have always thought about doing a somewhat darker Cullen AU.

I would much rather read a book about Alice and Jasper than Bella and Edward.

I fucking hate the main character's story in "Kafka on the Shore", but I loved Nakata and Hoshino. For slightly less obscure: I could never stand "Lizzie Maguire", but I really liked Miranda and was happy for her when she got out.

Alexstrasza from the Warcraft Mythos. I love the big mother-goddess archetype who happens to also be a DRAGON. I don't actually hate her canon since I still play the games but to RP her I would have to read those awful, awful novels. I tried once to read one. Never again.

I don't hate Hunter x Hunter so much as I think it's overwhelmingly mediocre, but goddamn if Netero isn't awesome as shit.

There is always at least one or two characters in every David Cage game who are better than the story around them and I wish I could rescue.

Norman Jayden and Lauren Winter come to mind from Heavy Rain.
