rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

as someone that really wants to join this game, there's too much information in a way that isn't condensed to begin with. i really really want to app but there's just so much information and a lot of it loops around and all i wanted to do was just post on your test drive. i really hope a lot of it gets more streamlined because do want to join but the sheer amount of info is both intimidating and really hard to grasp for someone new to the game entirely.

Hey there, as someone who apped recently, I know how you feel. As for posting in the test drive and apping, the important thing is that you need to show you have an understanding that emotions that your characters exhibit affect the environment. The mods are looking for you to 1) know your characters and explain them well enough in the personality section and for the sample show some example of using the emotional aspect in your app sample or example thread (in the test drive meme would be ideal)

I did read before I wrote my app, but most of my brushing up of the game was while I was waiting for my app to get approved. Read some of the test drive threads to get a handle of how they're incorporating emotions at play. I hope that helps.

If you think THIS game has too much information to grasp you are probably not suited for DW RP in general, my friend.

it's really not that much when it comes to a reading and writing hobby. it seems pretty well organized to me.
