Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme. Your unfunny, forced memes also fall under this rule.

John Watson player here! Took a long break from the show and RP after the third series. For a lot of reasons? The pregnancy plotline just drove me crazy, Magnussen was completely flat and skeevy, and that ending just. Sigh.

Anyways. At the very least, I'd like to throw my John around in memes for sure, canon point variable for one shots. Depending on your preferences, perhaps the hope of a PSL? If someone out there feels the same I'd be down with playing out a deviation from times around the jump or AUing early season three events.

For gen, I'm pretty flexible. (My kingdom for a bros night out with Lestrade, drinking and watching rugby...) Shipping, I prefer John with Sherlock but, in the right circumstances, I've had fun writing him with Mary too. The chemistry for the former feels far more natural but I don't think it in any way precludes the possibility of the latter.

Slow is fine with me, as I've just come home from a year abroad and am still settling in, but I am so totally interested in bro times.

I've also got a tentative Mycroft if you'd ever feel like playing with the other Holmes brat.

I'd be willing to dust off my Sherlock Holmes account for someone who shares the same sentiments I do about series three. I've been wanting to write deviance from canon for a while, gen or otherwise, since they just didn't quite fit the image of how I thought things might have gone down.

But I'd love to talk plot if you're up for it to see if we're on the same page and maybe to start something! Feel free to PM my sock.
