How are we feeling about the mod changes?

I'm excited! I think it's a solid team and I was definitely for the best that Gena and Freya step back a little. Gena needs time to deal with RL and Freya was pretty much an absent mod. Creative consultant is a better position for her than head mod.

I'm... wary. I haven't experienced the full-brunt of it myself, but Tora has a tendency to ignore people's discomfort for the sake of her own wants. She doesn't really get it when people are trying to explain why they're upset too.

Maybe the other mods can keep it balanced, but I'm wary.

this person gets very emotional very quickly over her friends and sometimes her character/s. if there's ever an issue you need to bring to her, you will have to explain in great and careful detail how it effects you and why.

tora is emotional but I think it's balanced out enough by the other mods, lepo mods dangan roleplay and elaine is a good writer

the majority of this game seems to prefer it being player-driven anyway

there's no way i'd app to a game with her as a main mod. i've brought discomfort to her before, and the first thing she did was ask her plurk friends if it's really that big of a deal, so i had to sit there watching her and all of her friends call me shit because i was legit uncomfortable with some of the things she was having bill do in game.

and she'll run to her plurk for this over just about everything, because she can't possibly be in the wrong, and will gladly sit there and ignore any and all discomfort she's causing people because her friends will tell her she's right and whoever's upset is just a piss baby. (she'll even brag about how her plurk "laughs" at people too, as seen on tumblr recently.)

so good luck. i have a lot of faith in lepo personally and i've never seen the other mod but they don't sound too bad, so maybe that will help balance things out definitely, but don't expect much from tora. she really has no right being a mod with how immature she is.

More realistically then, Lepo isn't on her friend list.

Neither is Tora and she has been very vocal about how she refuses to plot with the Bill player

before anyone asks, i'm not the above anon. i'm uneasy about the arrangement of mods in general. we have two really passive people and a really aggressive one. hopefully they can reach a balance. but tora definitely needs to learn some tact and confidentiality as a mod. her knee-jerk reactions are really painful to watch and i've stopped trying to interact with her because conversations are usually either extremely negative or my way or the highway mentality.

i wouldn't call lepo pa mainly because of drrp - there was a whole big thing over on WG where he basically told jex to fuck off before she even bothered apping
