i'm going be real with you anon: the best thing to do is let it go. no one is coming out smelling like roses in this fight. if the wank here is hysteria being shitstirred people will see through it moment they join the game and tell theyre friends to ignore it its anons being anons.

the most you can hope is that the wankers stop being bitter now theyre target is gone and focus on playing the game IF theyre in the game. it sucks to be in this mess, trust me i've been in your shoes with loving a game and getting mad anons were trying to ruin it. the best you can do is block sites like rpanons and wg, adopt a 'idgaf ' attitude to wank and play with people to show someone there is alright.

Yeah, I'll step back now. It's just really tiring when I've been over-extending myself trying to make this game good and friendly and fun and all my efforts (and efforts of the other players I've seen trying to do the same) are being shat on because of anons being anons.

I've had so much going on so I haven't been as active as I should be but I have really tried and I'm sorry I didn't do enough for the people who dropped. I just don't want the people in this game to be thought of as bad people because we're a small game with wg threads.

If you're one of the players who thinks this game is toxic: I'm sorry if I've invalidated your experiences here, if you haven't dropped already I'll try to make it better.

the people who dropped dropped and that's final. don't say sorry for that its not you're fualt and not the players who dropped too. shit happens, some leave and some stay. you're not supposed to be a fun dispenser for them that's not how it works. you're supposed to tag people and have fun while the other player your threading with is having fun and feels good about it. it's how i've been approaching rp and it's a good formula so far. /shrugs

like i said i'm a flatview anon and not part of the game. i only jumped in since ngl you guys have been dominating the last five pages and i checked her what's happening. wanted to give you some advice cause you mean well with all of this but trust me. this wank over wank can drag on for a looooong time. leave it be and the anons get bored and find something else to poke.

Anon, you really need to stop taking this so personally. Games rarely live or die based on the actions of one (non-mod) person and even though people are generalizing the game a bit here I'm sure they don't think that every single remaining player is a toxic, unwelcoming person. It's not your responsibility to make sure no one is unhappy with anyone else.

I love this game too, and it sucks when games die or lots of people drop because of something like drama you had no part in, but sometimes there's nothing you can do and you just have to deal with it. You can't ask unhappy players to stick around because you've been trying hard.

Yeah, I hate that small games tend to be judged more harshly for run-of-the-mill wankgate BS, and I think that's one reason why small games tend to crumble unless they fly so far under the radar that anon comms don't notice them at all. But at the same time, taking it personally or acting like you alone can and should solve every problem isn't going to do anything but stress you out, and playing martyr won't win you any friends here. People drop and games die, sometimes you just have to deal. This game isn't dead yet, so give it time to heal.
