I am so surprised to see people praising Christy in this thread. In my experience she was hardcore flaky and had definitely taken on way too much with her 15 characters across five games or whatever. Definitely wouldn't want her to mod.

out of curiosity, how long ago was your experience? she's really very reliable now imo

or I'm getting preferential tags and don't realize it, but she always gets back to stuff super fast

she's really nice ooc but i've had to wait days while she boomeranged other things, and this was for a thread we had talked about and planned together

i can never get anywhere so i stopped pursuing cr with her even though she plays her characters well and is very popular

More like a nice chunk of any sex game ever. People definitely play favorites in sex games for various reasons (the character is hot, they're more comfortable with the player, etc). Not saying it's good but it is pretty normal.

that just goes hand in hand with sex games, though. gen games are expected for people to branch out more, but you can't really put the same sort of expectation on someone in a sex game. that's about the one place you're allowed to have a preference for pairings and cr.

this isn't even a list of people who are potential tana mods, it's literally just tana players who also played at a cdc

i went back on my timeline to check, and then went directly to her plurk, but it looks like she deleted it so i cannot say for sure

yet i remember it being huge with players flooding in to pat her ass about it

and yours was the first mention of her actually gunning for a mod position, the only person on the list who had been discussed as interested is aki

christy plurked about it on the day the announcement went up iirc. she didn't say what mod position she was gunning for but most people on her plurk assumed it would be head mod. i wouldn't be surprised if that ends up being the case.

it's mostly that you said you went back to check your timeline i'm feeling skeptical about, when would you have had the chance?

Plurk has worked on and off since yesterday, anon. I've been on it all day on mobile, mostly without issues.

i'm a different anon from ayrt earlier. idk when they checked their timeline but plurk was working since the wee hours of morning for me so there were plenty of chances for them to check.

I dont have a problem with christy, but when I had her on my plurk it was the people who rushed to kiss her ass about everything that bothered me more than anything else.

maybe a lot of people just have confidence in her ability to mod out of potential known candidates? it's like how everyone "patted" tanamod's ass. people just like others sometimes.
