rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Well, mostly. It's honestly a little too early to call just yet. Bad news - the world you know has ended! Sorry about that, but poor Earth just couldn't take it anymore. Not to worry, not to worry. We're fairly confident the planet will be livable again once all of the water goes away. Mostly. Once again it's a little early to tell.
What? Why don't we know any of this for certain? You don't have to get snippy with us buster. It's not like we've done this before. The end of the world doesn't happen every day you know.
Why are you here? Good question. I thought we'd picked our survivors a little bet- what I mean to say is there's something about you that we felt humanity as a species needed to preserve in order to survive and thrive. You should feel honored! You want to complain about now dead loved ones left behind? Go see Jane in accounting. I'm sure we've got paperwork you can fill out that we'll just ign-...I'm sure they're just on a different Ark. No to worry!

Basically yet another post-apocalyptic setting. This one loosely inspired by my sketchy memories of the movie 2012. I've always thought the ending looked like it was a great premise for an rp.
