This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

if i ever make a game i'm not ever going to check what anons are saying about it, because people will be mean about it for no reason. like, rpanons can be pretty rational and levelheaded but for some reason new games are where everyone loses their minds

RP anons definitely has plenty of shitheads. The people who are usually rational and levelheaded would just read the ad and either take more of a look or move on. The shitheads will comment and be assholes like they do everywhere else in the comm.

Honestly I do think some of the comments people make have value, but really should be addressed via proper game channels like a contact post or the FAQ page. I'd definitely not fault a mod for saying they won't reply to any comments not addressed on their own posts for those purposes and provide links to the channels available.

Try out various test drives in the meantime. You may or may not be surprised. PSL's and memes are good interim sources. I find the former more satisfying than any game, anyways.
