* In Dangan Ronpa, Nagito Komeaeda is confirmed to be canon gay/bi and Mikan Tsumiki is canon bi

Kanbaru Suruga from the Monogatari series is a lesbian. Maya Mari from Samurai Flamenco is bi, and Morita Moe from the same series is probably a lesbian. (From the same series, there's also Hazama Masayoshi and Gotou Hidenori as a gay couple generally regarded as canon, though the writer did a weird backtracking thing with them in an interview despite there being a naked marriage proposal.) Lambdadelta and Bernkastel from Umineko no Naku Koro ni are in a lesbian relationship.

-Renly and Loras from ASOIAF

-Nomi, Amanita, Lito, and Hernando, and debatably Will and Wolfgang from Sense8 (the first four are gay and the last two are kind of sexually ambiguous but have had sexual contact with both men and women).

-IIRC Deadpool is confirmed bi? Obviously Northstar, Shatterstar and Rictor, Wiccan, Hulkling... I think Iceman is bi now too.

-On the DC side, Renee Montoya and her girlfriend.

-Cosima, Delphine, Shay, Felix, and Tony from Orphan Black.

-Mickey, Ian, Svetlana, and Nika from Shameless.

-Connor and Oliver from How to Get Away with Murder.

-Callie and Arizona from Grey's Anatomy.

If completed canons count there's also:

Dave Strider from Homestuck basically confirmed that he's bisexual. Also Rose is pretty much gay of course, Dirk is some definition of gay and Jake is bi and blah blah trolls.

sooooo many Glee characters. Kurt's gay, Santana's a lesbian, Blaine's gay, Sebastian's gay, Brittany's bi, Unique's trans, Beiste is trans, and I know that at least one of the new kids that I don't pay attention to is gay.
