So the rest of the month is literally "nothing happens and you can't even meet new CR"?

I'd been trying to keep up hope about this plot, but now I wish the mods had just put the game on ice for two months. What a let down.

I hope CB and her whiny ass feels happy the whole game got fucked over because she thought everything was moving too fast.

maybe the people who didn't agree with CB and co should have spoken up then

go use your ooc posts its what theyre for. not everyone will have plurk or read the plurks of everyone in game the ooc post is there for everyone to use and see

What fucking good will that do us now when the decision has already been made?

All it will be is me bitching about how I don't appreciate the game's pace being dictated by players who aren't active in this game and how that is fucking unfair to those of us that are. And I know the mods go here (even if Trace never openly states it) so they can read this and maybe take THIS into consideration. Instead of trying to please players that are barely around, try pleasing the ones that are.

And maybe that should be brought up, but if no one uses those ooc posts to put their two cents in but the people who do a whole lot of nothing what are the mods supposed to do? Like I'm pissed about this shit too but I didn't say anything so it only makes sense that the people who opened their big mouths and said something to the mods in a setting made for discussion would get their way.

It's pretty simple. I mean it's still early in the week too, they could change something if enough people said something maybe. Reading the ooc thing now it seemed like they're open to suggestions.

See I've been having a lot of fun! Because even if you don't mesh with anyone in your train car you get the chance in the open event to meet other people. But this week... shit, I feel bad for the people stuck in cars where no one is fucking tagging. Hope they have back logs to keep them busy for this week.

Yeah, I've been having a lot of fun, I didn't feel overwhelmed or anything. But now I've got a character stuck in a car where everyone else appears to be totally inactive, so I guess I'm out of luck when it comes to new tags and CR for a couple weeks. I really wish they'd at least shuffled the cars around so I could've had a chance at decently active car buddies.

Same. If nothing else people often tag less on the boxcars the second week of assignments... third week now? I'll be surprised if the log gets anything other than a smattering of 'wow so how about that not stopping thing that's happening'.

It's the next three weeks. I might see if I can literally kill my character of boredom so I don't have to handwave the effects of twenty days of them sitting on their ass.

it's more likely that this week in particular's train quirk is "going really fast," and something else that isn't a bumpy ride might be different next week

no, i think the train arrives at the new location around the 25th. i'm sure i remember them saying as much last month. and trace says as much in that new mod post.

to be fair... that's still two weeks
