Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

it was harder to keep up with what's going on, in other games i'd check the individual comms instead of my reading list and it was just easier to scroll through a comm? it's also nearly impossible to read back entries to figure out how cr developed. sometimes id want to check up on my cr's previous adventures and i didn't even know where to look

plus it was just kind of embarrassing being in a journal based game in 2014

how is a comm easier to scroll through than your reading list? I mean, you can set either one to any skin you want

and it's still all in one place - or instead of two, but honestly, I used to always but the network + comms + mod journals onto my reading list and check that one link even when I was in comm games

I feel you on the backreading, tho, I can dig my own out of my inbox archives but other people's threads are basically impossible to track down
