Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

CONCERNS | RESOURCES

Flat | Top-Level Comments Only

* bags: not unless they are dirty/scuffed/gross, so rarely
* rugs: vacuum with carpet/wash when they get muddy/look bad, about every week
* bathroom rugs: every few weeks when the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned
* curtains: vacuumed for pet hair regularly or put in dryer when they get too dusty
* shower curtains: put plastic curtains in the washing machine when they start to get soap scum/pink stains, usually every month or so, or just spray them with bathroom cleaner if they aren't that bad
* oven mitts: washed when they get stained or dropped on floor or something
* slippers: only if they get dirty, like when I spill coffee on them
* shoes: when dirty or if they look bad/scuffed I use a "magic eraser" on them
* light coats/jackets: hoodies are washed regularly, light jackets get little use or they're for rain and don't really get dirty
* winter gear: wash scarves pretty regularly since they touch my face and I'll wash gloves if they get dirty, winter coats get a linen brush or I'll hand wash them if they get something on them
* pet beds/blankets: wash pet blankets when they get hairy/smelly, so every few weeks
* pet toys: are usually thrown away if they are gross because they are hard to wash and they basically get destroyed, anyway, but I will wash toys when they get nasty and they're salvageable

-- I'll also regularly use Fizzion spray on fabrics that are musty/discolored and are difficult to wash
