rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. evolve: rent at best. the scene's died down, the dlc puts up a huge paywall on new hunters/monsters, and it gets boring after the first 30 hours. It's like a less fun L4D

Dying Light: its an improvement on Dead Island's formula, with the removed campiness and better mechanics. it's a pretty good zombie game, but it's still a zombie game. the crafting system is improved, but has issues and it's obvious they wanted to do more with guns in the game but forgot to since guns are color coded for rarity. the parkour mechanics are meh in the beginning but get better as you improve. night times in the beginning are super scary until you get a specific upgrade that makes it easy as hell to avoid the super zombies.

i bought it at release and didn't regret it, but it's basically Dead Island reskinned and improved. if you didn't like Dead Island, there's a good chance you won't like this.
