I honestly don't know how you have such a shit - encrusted anus unless you literally wait until you shower to clean yourself there. Unless you have extremely messy shits around the clock, wiping with toilet paper right after, until you are clean will get the small amount of shit that didn't make it into the bowl. You are actually coming off as the disgusting one, if you need to exfoliate/buff/polish your ass to get it clean.

a truly healthy poop has little or no poop on the toilet paper when you wipe. it should have a clean break. learn how to feed yourself.

because everyone is 100% healthy all the time, 24/7, 365. not like people have food allergies or intolerances or get sick or food poisoning or have vitamin deficiencies or any number of things that could cause someone not to have mega clean goat pebble poop.

if you have sticky poop or watery poop regularly, you either need to eat better or talk to a doctor.

as a person who's consistently got diarrhea, there's not much they can do about it. i have very limited funds and a whole host of foods i can't eat because of intolerances. what's left that i can eat and afford isn't the best for me and as a result, i wind up with not healthy poops. i know this. my doctor knows this. but other than telling me to change my diet, which i don't have the option of doing, there's not much else to do. being poor sucks, anon. we have to live off kd and perogies and shitty food.
