I don't think one of my closest castmates is having fun in our game and it sucks because I don't want them to be miserable but I don't want to play the IC fallout of them leaving, either.

I'm on the other side of the equation for this one. I've only stayed in my game for this long because of my cast mates. I'd rather we find another game, but nothing has really stood out.
