Why would you assume someone isn't on good terms with their family for not wanting to discuss how two anime boys spoon each other with their mother.

unless you're sending porn to each other there's nothing remotely unusual about discussing romantic subplots with a parent if you like the same canon though

have some anons really never had an 'x and y should've gotten together instead of x ending up with z at the end' conversation with a family member after watching a movie or show together? like damn even my grandma initiates that kind of talk and she has no clue whatsoever about fandom
