rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.

one, there are no controversial characters openly played on dw anymore, only controversial headcanons. prove me wrong.

two, "that so and so"s usually get reputations because they're either so stupidly persistent that it's funny, or so overdramatic that it's hilarious. most people, whether getting turned down or not, aren't that interesting. you won't be either.

three, this is exactly why we have a "pairings you want to play" thread. it's not that hard to find.

also? lack of punctuation doesn't make your writing style any more anonymous. put your fucking apostrophes in.

Look no further than Hannibal for a really popular example; you'll get people squicked by cannibalism asking you not to tag them

I don't think characters from Hannibal are controversial. A few people will blanket opt-out of every character from the canon because cannibalism squicks them, but I haven't seen anyone wanked on just for playing a Hannibal character.

What do you consider controversial then because our definitions must be different
