You're all idiots except for me

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

Some people may also not realize what could potentially squick/trigger them until they play it, it's also possible there are more than the number of opt outs that bother a player and they end up with the one they couldn't fit. The mods could potentially set up a monster change process after X number of months as well to allow people who really did give it a shot to change to something that works out better for them. Probably 3-6 months would be enough to be fair and let the player show they gave it a fair chance to work. If doing so also has a disadvantage then it would be even more likely to only be legit cases where it's a problem for the player.

yeah like I personally don't have a problem with the idea, I've just seen this argument rehashed dozens of times and they've always said no, so I don't really see them treating any one case as special. that's just my observation of the mods not what I necessarily think should happen
