i'm pretty happy with my body overall but if it were cheap and risk-free (which i'm pretty sure it ain't now), maybe lipo. I'm at the weight I want, but my remaining fat is mostly on my belly and I'm self-conscious about that.

lipo is very high risk. lots of people get gut perforations because they're doing so many of them and basically rushing through each surgery. not worth it, and it will also make you start building weird fat deposits in strange places on your body.
