You're all idiots except for me

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

even if it's reclaiming, ia with the point that i have never seen a man say anything remotely similar to "put me in the trash where i belong" for, like, drawing their otp or whatever

owning "bitch" or "slut" and making it something positive is reclamation. "trash" is a buzzword on tumblr and you're not likely to find it used to oppress women bc it's not gendered

Except it largely is. Women are trash for daring to enjoy their sexuality, to care about ships, to care about anything that ruins their image as pure maidens. We even see it on DWRP when we whine about PSL shit.

i have never seen "trash" used on mra sites or by mras to describe women, personally

nor have i really seen it on dwrp but that's just my experience

you're more likely to see someone whining about "yaoi fangirls" over here

ia. we're bitches, sluts, whores, etc. i've never been called trash and when i'm bored i make a hobby of trolling mra forums so if it was common i'm pretty sure i would've seen it by now
