honestly? if you're going to join an actual game with an actual premise and plot, you should do so with the intention of being active. if you can't manage that and you just want a spot because oooh, new shiny, don't bother.

anons are going to bumrush this game because it's the new shiny with limited slots and they NEED! TO GET IN! despite the fact they probably don't have time to keep up with it

Personally I'm sitting out because of the cap. The game premise actually fits my tastes to a T but I'm going to wait it out and see how it is in action so I can better choose a fitting muse. I'm probably not the only one.

I doubt that the characters put in the first round will stay too long. There will be some, but the rest will just sputter out and open the spots for people who actually want to play.
