it probably helps a lot that i'm an off the radar type of player. that and i also try my damnedest not to come off as creepy or pushy. i essentially want to be 100% certain that my partner is cool with it, knowing that i'm a dude and all. then from there i just try to avoid the gross neckbeard tropes whenever possible.

your points has got me curious cause because a lot of yaoi fangirls respond to things like free where there's a strong m/m shipping subtext. do you respond to media where there's a strong f/f shipping subtext like touhou project or k-on?

depends. if we're talking about a show that's essentially pure pandering (k-on) and that's like all it has going for it, then it's probably not going to keep my interest. yuri subtext is great, but i have to like the characters and be engaged in what's going to happen to them in order to give a shit.
