Yeah, MCM! Except for some reason they seem to be calling it Comicon this year? iirc the one in May was always Expo and the one in October was Comicon, but apparently they're both Comicon now. Dunno what difference it'll make, if any, but w/e I guess.

Commiserations on your exams, anon. Are you thinking of attending the October con?

They were both mcm until a year or so ago? When they changed the branding. It won't change anything, if anything they'll feel more righteous about being shitty and over charged.

are you cosplaying, anon? anything particular you're hoping to pick up in terms of merch or goodies?

i am indeed! still not sure about Friday because that's when I'm travelling but Saturday and Sunday are going to be FF days.

As for merch I'll definitely be hitting the Square Enix stand. Beyond that I dare say there'll be plenty to part me from my money!

First time not going since October 2007 so it's going to be a bit weird, but I have much better and important things to be doing, and HJ is in July, an then I'm going to Kita and Toko in August so!

Against my better judgement I'll probably end up going in October though.
