the game has an IC year, maybe two left tops; it even says in the OOC post that more and more magic or whatever is going to be lost as the void keeps on keepin' on.

so I'd guess we'll hit a point where there's no magic, period, no working boons, no nothing, and it's a last scramble for shards in a battlefield as the endgame.

ten bucks says seelie win and everyone dies.

so basically any character who primarily interacts with the game world through magical or political means is going to be pretty much moot by endgame, leaving everything up to the best physical fighters

seelie has been painted as the "good" side but that'd be a depressing endgame

i know that's what'll happen if seelie wins, i'm just hoping the game goes unseelie victory or finds some way to delay the void until all the remaining universes end on their own or something

yeah, pretty much this. like, knowing this and then some other elements in this game that make it really hard to thread with others really depresses me. i just saw the sigil mention with javik.

it'd be cool if more characters knew about that so we can actually have more of a collective effort against the void. i'm really not digging the whole "rocks falls, everyone dies" ending. i've put waaaay too much time into this game.
