Jamlax is a jam used in some medical homes to help keep people regular. It's dates, raisins, prunes, prune juice boiled down then blended with pumpkin, flax seed, and apple sauce! It's so delicious with yogurt or PB! Bran buds are a bran cereal by the raisin bran company that's again used to keep people regular. One of my friends works in an old folks home that uses it and made me try it once and it's actually super delicious and is my go to breakfast now!
