You're all idiots except for me

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

I remember there was an event in ev where characters were branded with a number representing how many times they'd died in canon and in-game combined

the bigger the number was, the more inclined that character would become towards hating and hurting/murdering other characters with lower death counts as the week progressed

idk if it's nostalgia goggles or what but I remember having such a blast with that event...I didn't even have a character with a very large number, but there was still tons to do between characters figuring out the meaning of the numbers and fighting for their lives against increasingly deranged multiple-death chars that might have once been acquaintances or friends. it also opened the way to conversation about death in general, too, esp for characters usually not inclined to talk about that sort of thing. angst and character development galore

I also threaded against an eleventh doctor during this event, and it went about as gloriously as you'd expect

+1
