Re: Domestic Life Game

It just sounds so easy way out and unchallenging to me as a mun, but I realize it isn't the same for most of the people interested in this thread (seeing as most seem to be in favor of it). If it does go that way I'll get over it, I just thought the earlier ideas we had were more interesting.

Yeah, I can see what you mean, but at the same time... It's hard figuring out a time frame that's fun without there being a whole lot of customs you have to look into.

Another option, as mentioned below, might be a futuristic setting. Some work to deal with, but still the open communications, and plenty ICly to get used to, but minimal outside research since it would all likely be provided in the setting info.

What were some of the earlier ideas? I only saw bits of the conversation, and the ones I caught were the Victorian idea and the modern time one.

Oh, I was talking about the Victorian ideas. But I understand that not everyone would be up for the kind research it would take (and if they were to go for real historical accuracy it would greatly diminish the possibility of same-sex couples, which I know a lot are keen on).

I've been wanting to make a Victoriana based game forever. Sure not a lot of people would want to be in it but it would be fun for Victoriana fans, I believe.
