Rundown:

rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. I'm the anon who made the initial comment about being disabled.

I'm not going to lie, it will be super, super hard for you. I was lucky, because I had a long-standing record of being disabled being medically documented, and that's exactly what people in those organizations want. They're typically government organizations so they're really mostly looking for people who are legally disabled, which sucks because a lot of people don't have the resources to go through all that paperwork and end up basically in your situation. It's very far from a perfect system... my suggestion is basically starting at the beginning. You'll need a formal diagnosis and to have it documented over a period of time. That's the only way I know of to start down that path successfully. Good luck. :(

It's worth a shot, but honestly I can't really say one way or the other. It really depends on the group, where you are, the laws in your area, etc.

But if you can get an actual diagnosis, that would probably really help your case, anon. I know that's easier said than done, but it can't hurt to look up a psychologist who might be able to evaluate you.

i get 45k/year + bonuses, which i know doesn't exactly make me rich but at least for my lifestyle it's not too shabby either

i think some of it varies depending on your center though. i've worked in other call centers where the leads weren't salaried.

there's just no reason for people to be this fucking mad and rude about this game, to the point where you can't even mention the title without someone jumping down your throat over how "bad" it is. i just get frustrated about it. it's pretty much the dwrp equivalent of saying the name candlejack.

once more, i'm pretty sure the hate stems from the couple of anons who continually go into the TEW threads and argue so hatefully about it. it's like, if in the game threads, game anons (or trolls) respond to trolling comments, the game develops a reputation for being defensive and full of tittybabies. that's what happened here and this thread isn't doing a thing to disprove it.

at this point i'm sure anons are intentionally calling the game shit because they've gotten annoyed at the elitist TEW fans that exist(ed). so. again, this is a fault of the fans themselves.
