Yes, I have, actually. I lost my mother a few years ago, but nice assuming, asshole. This was a perfectly natural way for her to react. It's ugly sometimes. That doesn't make her a yandere lesbian for finally, you know, not bottling shit up.

I wasn't assuming because they were saying things that I still hear when I break down over the loss of someone important to me. Because usually if you are basically in the "lol get over it" crowd, you haven't lost someone.

And way to go, you're a piece of shit for not knowing how grief works or being accepting that it's not always a pretty picture of crying alone in your room in big, comfy sweaters and blanket nests while rain hits the window.

Sad truth is not everyone gets over a death, even if it's been years and people think they've "moved on".

Not that it's an excuse to be a jerk to people, but. It's a thing that happens a lot. Sometimes you gotta be okay with closure not being necessary.
