also which Hades are we talking about? Greek Mythology Hades is definitely not that bad, I don't think even Disney's Hercules Hades is that bad

imo it looks more like the anon was trying to use more well-known villains but i can see the reasoning behind like hades (if disney) and maybe bowser (the whole "stomping fools" bit). tho it looks like they were trying to use more well-known examples if anything.

And looking at it again, why the fuck is King Candy on this? He's a 1.5 at his ABSOLUTE WORSE. 2.5 when merged with the Cybug, according to his list

anon a piece of advice when creating a list like this is to look at the peeps effectively as a whole and not use alternate character interpretation or fanon. Look at them as a WHOLE and not at the one or two things A good replacement for Hades would be Sauron for example. And listing you should be listing the Joker at a 4 and a 5 because let's be honest. How much the joker is crazy and doesn't value life depends on his mood and the writer and which version. But for the most part he averages out as a 4. Keeping a Harley around because reasons, despite her Harleyness. And he's obsessed with Bats, he cares about him in the deranged way he cares. A lot of his crimes were less him being evil and just trying to get the Batman's attention and because he's cr...actually because he's super-sane
