It's a disaster.

One of the mods is claiming otherwise, but it was posted almost right after the game thread blew up on Wankgate, and a ton of players are flooding in and basically saying hey shit kind of sucks here now and you're not letting us, y'know, do stuff in your sandbox, or being clear about your expectations, the setting, and its restrictions.

Except dressed up nicer, I guess. We've had a couple major drops within the past few days, including one of the old mods, and several people on my timeline have expressed doubts over the mods' ability to manage their own game. Another mod continues to show their ass on their Plurk about Wankgate, nobody seems to know what's going on and why arbitrary changes are being made, Troy walking in with pizza as everything burns around him, etc.

I don't know if it's the end of the game as we know it, as usual it's being insisted that our feedback's going through, but... eh. Maybe imminent death isn't on the horizon, but I wouldn't call it a good situation, either.

Regardless of the wank, I intend to give this a stab and see what comes of it. Sent my app in today. If it doesn't work out, so be it. Not too worried either way.
