Tits up!

Rundown: [community profile] rpanons is an anonymous community for role-play related topics. This place serves as a forum for game discussions, canon discussions, RP solicitations (ATP, game ads, open memes), and advice. The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

Rules:

Do not post pornographic or shocking images.
Do not share private entries, plurks, chat logs, etc.
Do not use this community as your social/political/hatespeech soapbox.
Do not be redundant. One page does not need three or more threads on one topic/theme.
Do not treat this comm like your personal Plurk or Twitter. Off-topic happens, but it should be open for discussion and not just a play-by-play of your life. No one cares.

Oh wow those are all interesting. The first one has the option of taking the changes on as a kind of punishment-redemption arc of his own if that's something he'd do. Spy lady can be having fits over the changes and lack of control. Snobby aristocrat is going to have to deal with the fact that they're now no longer dealing with money. The sweet girl will be able to build plenty of CR if she's willing to work with her shyness.

These are obviously suggestions as to why you may pick each character, but all of them would be interesting. I can see why it'd be a tough choice.

Exactly! And each of them has different drawbacks and advantages in the nuts-and-bolts of playing as well.

Secret good guy will probably be the hardest to get CR for, but he has a voice I'm pretty confident with and he's a character I keep wanting to play. Spy lady has tons of potential to get things done and build CR, but I've never played her before and I'm uncertain of her voice. Snobby aristocrat is a very comfortable and familiar voice for me, but I've gotten crit that I'm pretty bland with him. Sweet shy girl will probably be the easiest to get CR with but she's pretty one-dimensional in canon, so I'd have to build her up a lot to get a rounded character.

It's such a hard decision! Maybe I should test drive them all and see what happens.

Hm. Well, the Test Drive goes up later this month. Maybe toss the ones you are leaning toward most there? o: I know I'm looking to tag people.

Oh, I'll be there :> I'm looking forward to it! Hopefully one of my options will really distinguish themselves.

chiming in, someone who plays a really withdrawn character ive had no issue getting cr. long as ur confident and have some interesting starters or toplevels u shouldnt have a problem

That's encouraging, thank you! I've been in some games where the only way to really get CR was to jump in people's faces, which... hah. not really IC.
