The occasional off topic comment is inevitable, but please keep heated social and political topics to their respective communities. Posting them here will only get them frozen. Subsequent threads made to bypass a freeze will then be deleted.

I went from a speck of red in a solid blue state to a speck of blue in a solid red state so there's really no point.

I didn't vote for president either because I was voting absentee in the blue state, so it wouldn't have even mattered. I know that absentee ballots technically get counted, but if it's not a tight race, what's the point of me paying postage?

i live in a red state so my vote doesn't matter, and thanks to voter disenfranchisement laws, i'm legally barred from voting anyway. didn't even leave the house today since i'm off from work.
