Inigo is a PUA shitlord of a loser who asks girls out. However, he has real depth to his character, including the reason he became a PUA shitlord (his mother gave him faulty advice on how to be less shy, see Maribelle/Olivia A support and Inigo/Olivia B for context).

When he's not dealing with being a failflirt, he's a mercenary who struggles with the fact that he no longer feels anything when he kills. He suffered insomnia when he first came back to the past and was separated from the others. His annoying behavior is a mask for fear, in his B support with his dad he outright rants about how he keeps smiling so people won't worry.

And if he's Chrom's son/Lucina's brother, there's some untapped Major Issues with that. He worries about Lucina tragically throwing her life away when she suggests he try using Falchion in case she gets killed. His dad's "Lucina fights so hard" takes on a layer of "why can't you be more like your sister?!" if Chrom's his dad (which Chrom also feels horrible for, so no demonizing daddy).

There's a lot of parallels to draw from a lot of his dads, too. Virion? Both flirts. Henry? Both use happiness as a coping mechanism. Avatar? His dad is the Big Bad and he's also the caretaker for an amnesiac little sister. Lon'qu? The whole family is shy and awkward, Inigo's the only one who puts on a mask to cover it.

He's also more than just "manhandled" gags re: interaction with Gerome. TBH his best development comes from his Harvest Scramble talk with Owain and The Future Past 2.
