you may be looking at the wrong FCs. even BG doesn't require multiple wins or a certain ilvl** (this has changed because we're deep into 2.3 that if you don't have a certain ilvl that's just weird). good players are obvious even without gear, and any good FC knows that.

that's not saying I haven't seen the kind of FCs you're talking about anon, i'm just saying you're probably looking in the wrong places. good FCs know that clears =/= skill
